I don't know if there is a complete list for such. Mine sits outside
also. Somethings I do:

Don't park with the brakes set. They may freeze and you won't get off
the ground.

Complete wash and wax. Look inside the belly and every other place
after the wash, (You are looking for standing water). If water freezes
into ice it will not flow out and your CG could become out. After the
crash and fire, the ice will melt and the water will run out. "Pilot
Error" will be noted. Make sure you have good drainage.

Make sure you check the gas tanks for water. Also the gasolator. Look
for low spots in the fuel lines where water can collect. Ice can form
in the tanks and lines. The water may not freeze until you are flying
and a air leak near a line can cause the temp of the line to drop enough
to freeze during flight. Again it will thaw during the fire and you
will be blamed again.

100 hour lube - Including W40 engine oil. Make sure you get all the
lube points with a light oil. Including the control cables for trim,
fuel, etc.

If you have a oil cooler watch the oil temp as the weather turns colder.
If you can't get the temp up to about 180 then stop off the cooler and
mabe some other engine air.

If you have wheel pants, I would take them off. Snow can freeze inside
and prevent the wheels from turning on touch down. The wheel pants will
be left behind, on the runway.

Check the cabin heat system - the muffler for sure. Look for cracks.
Fix it. You will be getting very, very sleeply if you don't. Seal all
the holes in the firewall. With the windows shut the vapors will
collect in the cabin.

Before starting in the winter I would recommend a tip stick heater if
you have electric available. This will make starting better and keep
the engine in good shape. Pre heat the engine if you can. If no
electric I use a small camping heater from Wal-Mart. Just don't do
anything dumb and burn up your plane.
