Hi Tom, Thanks for the heads up on this NPRM. The link that you sent us requires us being AOPA members. I found the NPRM at the FAA site but have not been able to find a site with the Univair Service Bulletin No. 31 dated 29 January 2002. How can we get a copy to review so that we can read all the material before we comment to the FAA?
