The Erco Instruction Manual lists for the 415-C the following speeds.

Best angle of climb Vy between 50 and 60 MPH
Best rate of Climb Vx 70 MPH near Sea level and 60 MPH at 10000 ft
Stalls at 45 MPH in level attitude and around 63 MPH in a steep Turn.
Approach Speed is listed between 60 and 70 MPH.

All speeds for max. t.o. weight of 1260# and at standard conditions.

These speeds are of course only of value with a newly overhauled airspeed
indicator and a leak tight
system.
Since this can not be assured in almost any Ercoupe I would recommend to
not to trust your readings too
much.
I experienced an airspeed meter reading of 20 MPH off, showing 20 Miles
more than flown.
I usually landed that Coupe with a reading of 85 MPH, which translates to
65 MPH real speed. Took me a
steep approach and a hard bounce to find that out . Ha Ha . If in doubt
come in at 80 Miles, you can
bleed the speed off on a long runway. If you come in too slow - well see
above.

My experience is that the minimum rotating speed is somewhere between 50
and 60 miles. The coupe feels
sluggish then and does not really want to leave the ground. From 60 on all
seems normal.
So rotate at 65 and climb out at around 70 . That should be good. Add 5
MPH if you want for safety.

Ones in the air test the stall speed . It should be between 40 and 50 ,
depending on the weight.

However make sure you ask the guy who has flown that Coupe before to get a
better picture. He is the
best source for the speeds.
If your C- Model is an Converted D, then higher approach speeds apply.
