Lynn; thanks for the reply, How do you determine if the Belleville springs need replacing. They look like a large rubber washer with a metal spacer between them. There is no sign if deteration, at least from the outside. Can I just have the spacers installed to fix the problem or would it be better to replace it all while its apart. I guess cost may be a determing factor. I'll call skyport today and check on the cost. I located the directions to service the shock strut in my Service Manual.but It gives no detail on determing there servicabilty. If you have any input on thisit would be helpful. It apears that I need to raise the tail 9 1/2" to get it to 75" I tried the formula that someone just published to determine the size space need and came up with 4/5 " Could that be right ? Any and all help to clairify this would be apreciated BOB BULLOCK N5621F Maryland ================================================================== TO UNSUBSCRIBE go to: http://ercoupers.com/lists.htm
