To make a 65hp contiental into a 75hp one must check the rods. Some 65hp engines didn't have holes drilled in the rods to squirt oil on the piston skirts. Also some engines need the wristpins changed. The venrturi in the carb. must also be changer to get the higher rpm. This is from memory but the information is in the Continental manual.
