Rob, sorry it took so long for me to reply. My computer has been down for
a
while. Your fuselage dent could be a serious thing. Remember, the
fuselage
is a "stressed-skin" type of construction. Therefore, any stresses
encurred
during flight, as in turbulance, are absorbed and transferred to other
parts
of the airplane by the skin. You can get the blue-print in question from
Univair, the type certificate holder.
