I have a 1946 415C that I am rebuilding. It is a rag wing 85 HP.The fuselage is mounted in a rotisserie and everything that bolts on has been removed. I plan on doing the following modifications and would like input both pro and con.
Change to a D model. Put in the large baggage compartment. Install the later style Alon panel without the glare shield. Flat windshield. (I like the looks better than the bubble windshield.) Cessna 150 seats or ? Also AD 54-26-02. My quadrant is stamped F 143-1 Does anyone know the length of either the old or new quadrant cables. If I had one dimension I would know if my quadrant is the old or new style. Thanks Jim
