Huh? I don't see how adding power can move the nose left or right. The airplane is in coordinated flight. Adding power just speeds up the airplane. It doesn't cause a yaw. The only way I think you can straighten out the nose is to make a coordinated turn to align with runway heading, but then you would start to drift to the side, due to the crosswind.
