Back to Rob's question..... I looked up Reid's Quality Model Products this morning (315-548-3779); they're the right folks. They offer plans for a 1/4 scale Ercoupe (90") and a 1/5 scale; both at $24.95. They offer a full kit version of the 1/4 scale model for $299.95. They also sell fiberglass cowls, landing gear, and canopies separately for both scales. Even a web site! www.reidsmodels.com The 1/4 scale model finishes out at 18-20lbs and they recommend 35-45cc motor (they sell the Cheetah 42).
Sounds like a good winter project for some of us! - Mike (previously N2539H, hopefully N9514V by Christmas!)
