revised ICAO four-character designator

Beginning November 5, FAA will be encouraging you to use the revised ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) four-character designator in the "Aircraft Type" section of your flight plan. And by January 28, 1999 you must use the new code. For the Coupe, all models (Erco, Forney, Alon, Mooney), use ERCO
