I might find the copy, but as I did mine, it involved removing the el, drilling out the inside to 1/2 inch, and soldering a 2 inch coppper water pipe into the fitting.
Then locating the bottom of the pipe when the fitting is in place, drill several 1/4 inch holes along the bottom edge. The problem seems to occur at the higher RPM usage of 85 & up Engines....The cranshaft is turning in a direction to splash oil into the vent tube - especially at high RPMs.. This extention allows the end to be out of the splash pattern; with the small holes allowing draining of any oil that does enter the tube back into the crankcase. This won't cure excessive blow by, or course..... Worked great for me... Harry 93530
