This question is for Syd.  You mentioned in a past message about  fuel
tank
renovation that you sealed the seams of the tank as you riveted them
together with what I recall was PRC???  Do you recall exactly what you
used??  I find several PRC items listed in the catalogs and none of the
descriptions are specific enough.  I have just finished stripping the
paint
off of mine and have the rivets, hand squeezer, dimpling dies, drill bits
and about everything else needed as you recommended except the sealer.  I
never thought that I would look forward to drilling out over 400 rivets,
but can't wait.  I continue to dissassemble the coupe and so far no BIG
surprises, only small problems like rusted fastners, not the ones in the
open but the ones that are hidden.  I have removed all of the instruments
except the A/H and is is wedged in between the panel and the next frame
forward of the panel.  I will have to remove all of the rusty screws
holding the panel in place to allow the panel to move aft and free it.
