ICAO designation for all Ercoupes, Forney, Alon is "ERCO." I'm not sure about the Mooney.
IMHO, DUATS works pretty well. I've used it since beta versions. The two varieties I like the "CIRRUS" software better than "DTC," and the translations are getting better, though still not perfect.
