I got my Microfische from: FAA Flight Standards Service Civil Aviation Registry, AFS-700 P.O. Box 25504 Oklahoma City, Ok 73125-0504 The fee was $0.15 per fiche, plus a $2 search fee. I called the FAA and they sent the fiche to me (only 2 fiche) and a letter/statement. Maybe they can tell you over the phone the number of fiche and you can send them the funds, that may make it quicker. I received my fiche within a week of talking with the FAA.
