I started skipping the water issue messages way back.  I can see where
this is
going and Dave makes a good point.  Another one I would like to bring up
is
that I've seen many many email lists turn into chat rooms, where a message
from
one member to another has to be circulated to everyone.  Lets start
talking
about the good things and improvements that we can make to the fleet.
