Howdy, List. Weather in the Western Oregon/Washington area looks flyable for Saturday, so I am strongly considering flying to Elma. Located in a pass through the Washington Coast Range, between Olympia and Hoquiam, its east/west runway is 2300 feet long. Shux, I should be able to hit that, even after not flying much all winter!
The FBO is owned by Patric Conroy, and he is celebrating a belated St. Patricks Day. I have enjoyed the hospitality there in the past, and hope I can again this Saturday. So, all you Washington/Oregon types, it is time to dust off the wing set and go flying. Check controls, instruments, gas, attitude and runup, as well as biannial flight review, medical and all the rest of the stuff. Hope to see you there! Percy G. Wood [EMAIL PROTECTED]
