Nelson: I have an alon, and if it warms up enough to go outside on Sat I will measure it inside. I always worried about cabin with when I was dreaming through magazines and though 42" had to be the mimimum. Then when I decided to get a coupe I never gave it a thought. As it turns out, there seems to be plenty of shoulder room for two people up to 170 lbs each. My
neighbor, 6'4" and 235lbs got in with me one day, and it was too much. The shoulder space was tight, but worse was the leg-room. He had feet on the pedels and knees in front of the throttle and in his face, and the trim was none accessible without being too familier. We didn't even try to fly! If I don't email the measurements this weekend, or if someone else doesn't do so, remind me. But if you and your average co-pilot are less than 180 lbs each, even if it is a little tight, its not bad. If the two of you average 300 or less it should be no problem. Kenneth D.
