Is there anyone out there? The gascolator on my coupe is glass. I've seen where a lot of the ones on Champs and other planes have been changed to metal. *************************************************************** Hi Jack I'm still here. My Coupe has a glass gascolator. I like it because it's one way to tell if there is any water in the gas. I think it is more important to be sure you have a brace from the gascolator to the engine to help assure that the fitting won't break off and cause an engine fire. There is an AD on that.
