I am considering the purchase of an Ercoupe as my first and probably only airplane. Everything I have read sounds like this is a very enjoyable airplane to fly and to own. As a child I was given a ride in an Ercoupe but that was almost fifty years ago. I am looking for someone in the northern Indiana area that is willing to take me for a ride in his or her coupe. Then I can decide for sure that it will be a satisfactory airplane for my flying and that I like the way it flies. I would be moor than happy to share expenses for any ride I might get.
