WArren, Don't tell me you put in a bid on this only after seeing it on the ULM site. You did go look at it in person, right? I would say you are totally out of luck. Read the disclaimer there on the ULM page. Those salvage items are truly as-is where-is and you buy whatever is there. I don't think you have a case at all. I would do the same thing if mine is totaled because a plane can look a whole lot better than it really is and you won't know unless you're the guy who crashed it.
