I should have read the rest of the mail..... Anyway I am sure you all will
like the 760. Ihave had mine for aqbout 10 months now and I can say that it
performs as advertised.. The range is excellent. Not to worry about an
amplifier. I talked to another pilot 70 miles away at 1500 ft. on 122.75 and
he was loud and clear. I had my field approval at the DuPage Airport here in
West Chicago, Il. I was the 3rd one that he had approved.. I didn't use the
built in intercom because I used my previous one. This little radio has 25
memories and can be conrtolled from a switch on the yoke. Be sure to have a
little card with the memories on it because with 35 channels most of us cant
remember them all... Comes with age.....
