Exactly right. Bought my 1st Ercoupe 1984 had 2 hrs in it
and I did just that touched down on the nose wheel and you are
right me and the Ercoupe went for quite a ride. Got lucky the
only damage was to this Pilots pride. Pilots pride gets damaged
when you ground loop a tail dragger and I have done that also.
Dust off your pride and move on. But most of all learn from your
mistakes.
Every hour you put in whatever you are flying should be
a learning experience.
