Interesting Airpark, but I do have to agree that it isn't for me. Even though we could afford a move there if we sold both of our houses, I would be totally turned off by the restrictions. If I pay a large amount of money for a house I would want to build it the way I wanted to and have my hanger where I want to. I would also like my fence painted a color I like. I visited a community up north of Atlanta that was absolutely beautiful and the restrictions were basically none. There were rules for use of the airstrip and fees for airstrip upkeep, but the land around the airstrip was developed at the owner's discretion. Land was also reasonable and you could build your house any size you want. This is more like a community I would be interested in. Patrick, I'm sure you have a nice spread, but the restrictions are a little intense for me.
