While reading the NTSB synopsis on aircraft accidents I came across a
Ercoupe accident where the final analysis was failure of the rear spar
attachment point due to corrosion that caused the wing to fail while
landing in turbulence resulting in two being lost.  I believe it was
1997/98 time frame.
