Help!!

N6363V is in the shop for annual. My first!
Several airworthy squawks have come up including the need to replace the
rubber doughnuts type land with springs. Does this seem correct? The '65
came with the doughnuts and I am not aware of an AD that requires the
change. What gives?

If a plane is sold as airworthy and later found to have some airworthy
"defect" is it appropriate for the seller to help with the cost of
compliance?
