Hi Groop:: I have noticed a cardboard ribbon bunting stapled to lamp posts outside the seven/elevens in our neighborhood with the red stripe pointing up. this is backwards: the blue stripe is supposed to be the topmost color in any bunting followed by white & red on the bottom.
