Anyone in the North Carolina area may be interested in the Barbeque
Festival
Fly-in at the Davidson County Airport (EXX) on Oct 27-28.
This Fly-in coincides with the annual Lexington, NC BBQ Festival that
features live music, BBQ, arts craftsand much more. There will be shuttle
transportation to and from the festival provided by the airport.
There will also be BBQ and vendors at the airport. EAA Chapter 1083 will
be
doing Young Eagle Flights.
Last years Fy-in was popular with the ladies that flew in because they
went
to the festival and had something to do while the men were talking flying.
I have my Ercoupe based at Davidson County and welcome you to fly your
Ercoupe or anything that will fly to the Fly-in. Call the airport for info
