Dave: I will put a copy of the wiring diagram (M10) which should apply to your Alon in the mail to you. I tried measuring the resistance on a newly overhauled generator, but I do not feel comfortable with the numbers I got. I recommend you call AeroTech of Louisville, and ask them what the proper range of resistance is for the field and armature on your 35 amp generator. They have been very helpful to me, and I suspect, they will answer your questions too. 502-263-7090 The wiring is simple: Field on generator connected to field (F) on regulator via the master switch, Armature on the generator connected to armature (A) on the regulator, and battery (B) on the regulator connected to the aircraft battery through the circuit breaker.
