Hi James, In lieu of wearing gloves- I have heard of a product that one applies before working. It supposedly provides a protective layer or thin film on the skin that both keeps the grit and grime off and makes it easier to wash up. Have you used anything like this and what did you think of it? I wish I could think of the name of the product. OK, I remember. It's called Invisible Glove.
