I feel really bad about UNIVAIR taking the position that increased the
cost of each baggage kit by $50.00 for all orders starting with 17 through
31.  For a multi-million dollar company like UNIVAIR, this is not good
customer relations for a measly $750.00.  
  I have had some positive and professional feedback from Dave Smoler, who
has suggested I write a letter to the owner of the company telling him of
our displeasure in the price increase after a firm price was quoted.
  I plan on doing this today.  I cannot gurantee my letter will create a
change in policy, but I will give it my best shot.  Therefore, I would
like
all the Coupers who are involved in the price increase, please hold firm
until I get back to you.
