As far as I know, there aren't any early signs. Even with way high glucose levels, I don't feel a thing. This doesn't help my motivation.
With extremely high glucose levels, you'll be tired, thirsty and have to pee. The only sign I had were the thirstiness, frequent urination (waking up at night), and some fatigue.
