Larry, I havethe cheap one ,clear, from wal- mart. put it before the
pumpt,
at the fire wall . filters all gas from tthe wing tanks. Idont ever put
gas
in the header . that way water and what ever dont get to pumpt. I may put
it
inside . will take it out at inspection. then put it back in . it is very
simple . wegot to think ,and help each other. the clear is good in a way
as you can see what is in it. It has been on 2539H for 6 mo. Best of
luck
.. Ken C.

Subject: [COUPERS] FUEL FILTERS?

I've decided that I'd like to put a fuel filter on my Coupe. My buddy
seems to think that an automotive clear plastic inline filter would be
the cats meow. Obviously it wouldn't be a hit with the AI next annual,
and I'd rather put something in that could be approved. Is there
anything out there? Or, has anyone else "jury rigged" one?

Larry
