Greg: I used speedball paint sticks purchased at Office Max for our airspeed indicator. I was able to use the outer plastic as a guide and it came out pretty neat. I have also experimented with automotive pinstriping and found you can actually apply it on a curve on the glass. Try the pinstriping.
