Steven, I have a 65 Alon. When it was all too obvious that I had to get
new
exhaust stacks, I talked to several people who had already gone through
the
replacement process. By far, the majority of happy coupers were those
that
sent their old pipes to Dawley and had new stainless steel pipes made
using
the old pipes as patterns. I ended up doing the same, and I am pleased
with
the fit, the quality of work, and the speed with which they did the work.
I
have heard others curse the quality and fit of pipes ordered from other
vendor sources. If I had to do it again, I would still order from Dawley.
They advertise in Trade-a-Plane with a large ad and an 800 number.
