I had this thing nicely laid out with Ercoupe Owners Club, a Coupe line drawing, fields for the owner to fill in for year, model, N-number, Serial number, max speed, max cruise speed, max gross weight, empty weight, owner name and contact information.
It was a 10 minute job with PageMaker, but I haven't figured out how to duplicate it with Microsoft Word. Here's the Coupe line drawing, for anyone who would like it.
