Something in that wing is missaligned.  If it's fabric, the drag/antidrag 
wires may have been missadjusted, or something has been damaged.  If it's 
metalized, it could have been tweeked when the metal was installed, or it 
could be damaged.  If it was metal from the factory, it's been damaged.
In 
any case, you should figure out what's wrong rather than jury riging it
till 
it looks good.  After all, it's your butt in the sling...
