Larry, Get rid of as much junk as you can and it will help. Mine is completely stripped with only 7 instruments and no interior and it will outclimb just about any other C85 Ercoupe I have seen. Those Airtex side trim panels alone will probably make a difference to get rid of, if you have them. Then again, I am not sure I'd want to fly one from an airport that high! Glen Ward
