For those of you who would like to have some electronic photo capability,
there are two relatively inexpensive ways to do it.  If you have a video
tape camera (motion and sound) there are several devices that will snap a
frame from the composite video output and pass it to the computer.
Zipshot
and Snappy are two of them.  The other alternative is the "Barbie Cam".
This is overlooked as a toy but is priced only in $50-$60 range.  Capable
of
producing 300 pixel images, it can store 6 shots and xfr them through a
serial cable into a computer.  If you don't like the pink flower
surrounding
the lens, paint it.  The software is equally flowery but works good enough
and has an export command to .jpg format.
