Incorporate? Trust me, incorporating will not keep them from suing you. You'll be named in the suit along with the corporation. Guess what, you have to defend yourself. If you have good liability insurance, that could cover the legal fees, but you stand to lose a lot of time, and possibly the home, the cat, the kids, and all the money. You go to court, and the judge decides the only reason you incorporated was to side step the liability issue. He could very well find you entirely responsible. Guess what? Your insurance could be off the hook, and you on it. Good luck.
