I flew the Ercoup 415-C 75hp about 1.4 today then grabbed some lunch. An hour later when I started it, ran rough, about 1700 static max. Initially I had
tried to start it without primer, could I have fouled a plug by not priming? I primed then it started but ran rough. I lifted the cowl to check the glass bowl and when I tried to pull the sump valve, a large amount of fuel flowed out the top of the glass bowl ! I had the valve on the glass bowl fixed by a pro about 5 hours ago to stop the overnight lieak. Does anyone think the two are related or just two completely unrelated problems?
