Hi Jeff, The rear spar reinforcement kit is a FMK-19. This is a left and right channel that rivets onto each side of the rear spar and was addressed in AD 59-5-4. The service bulletin is 53A. SMK-60 is a butt rib gusset repair kit and not related to AD 59-5-4. If you look at your center section rear spar you can easily tell if the U shaped channel reinforcements were added.
