Hello to all ,
I just had a discussion with another couper of nearly thirty years who was

told that the Shell 15/50 was corrosive to the material  the Bosses are
made 
of at the top end of our engines.Causing premature failure of the boss.As
I 
understood it this area is prone to oblonging and is supposed to be bushed
if 
ablonging is noted with a brass bushing.Anyone know about this.Or is this
off 
base.He was told to use Phillips 20/50 as the Oil of choice .
