Glen,

    I didn't get in on this, as I've been out having fun. But, fabric
doesn't loosen
up without a reason.  If all else is eliminated, don't rule out some sort
of
chemical reaction.  Exposure to solvents or chemicals can loosen it up.
Also, and
I'm not certain of this, but you should be able to re-tighten the fabric
if it's
still OK.  Give her a punch test.  If it passes, then I'd look into
tightening up
what you already have.  But, make certain the mechanicals are OK first.
