Coupers; After I get the oil changed, and look the Coupe over, we will be heading out of San Diego, probably on Thursday, AM. We will stop at TNP to check out the Joshua Tree National Park, and then go on to Oakdale, CA to see my sister and family. I expect to stay in Oakdale a couple of days before we head on north. From Oakdale, we plan to stop at Klamath Falls in order to check out the Lava Beds, Oregon Caves and the John Day Fossil beds. From there, we will probably go on to Eureka, or Portland, depending on the weather. If we are not too early, we will try to participate in the fly in at Spanaway, on the 17th. I have an Uncle in Bellevue, WA, so if the weather is good, we may stop there. Otherwise, we will head east to
Cordlean, ID, and then to Kalispel, MT We hope to see Glacier, Bighole, and Yellowstone National Park. IF the weather cooperates, we will go through the Grand Tetons and pass Devils Tower on our way to the Black Hills. I expect to spend a couple days in Rapid City visiting Mt Rushmore and Wind Cave before heading out to the Badlands and Mitchell, SD. >From Mitchell, we will either head up to Bismarck, ND, or on east to WI depending on the time frame, because we do not want to be late for the Convention in College Park. After College Park, we will be flying up to Buick Town NJ before heading south back to FL. I do try to check the Coupers List every day, as well as the list of EOC members, so if one or more of you live nearby, I try to give you a call.
