Well, today seems to have been a fun day around the world. Took my Mooney Coupe up today for the first time after getting my CFI rating, and gave a first lesson in the M10 to my girlfriend. Silky smooth day, excellent visibility, great ride. She handled the radio and did all the flying, and I could lean back, relax and truely enjoy. As "icing on the cake" we got permission from Approach to overfly Narita International at 1500 feet with a great view on the airliners taking off and landing below us.
