Bill, and others that have problems with fuel not flowing from one tank. Try cleaning the finger screens in your tanks. Quite guessing and start doing. The system is to simply to be a big guessing game. If it is not the
screens then it is a line with crap in it. Your caps unless the hole is plug would have little to do with that problem. In an hour you can know what the problem is.
