Hi all,
Has anybody ever experienced a mag that cuts out only when warm?  It does
the mag check just fine but after flying, the left mag misses pretty
badly.
Apparently, taxiing over a mile to the runway is not enough to warm it up
enough to make it miss.  I can't figure that thing out!  There seems to be
no fouling problem, and letting it cool overnight ensures that it will
start
up and run fine the next day.  I must have flown it a long time without
realizing it was doing this - so a person should do a mag check After
flying
too! I think my old Eisemann has about had it, would anybody happen to
have
a rebuildable Bendix mag they are looking to part with?  Thanks, Glen Ward
