Jim, Yes, I was on target Collins was the Publisher 1938 to 1957 when he sold it. Now you have to understand I am no know it all here. I just happened to reread Takeoffs and Landings (one of many works by Leighton) again a month or so ago. It was easy to cheat. Georgia, If you would like to read it, if you have not already, I'll send it up. It is his insight into why we fly the way we do and how to become better at it.
