All wiring in a certified aircraft should be per AC43-13, not a house
wiring code. Everyone doing aircraft repair should have a copy of this
document, which contains all the acceptable techniques and costs little
more than the electrical code.

Without it, you won't know what paragraphs to reference when you make
your log entry and submit your 337.
