I know you can get them from Airtex. Also some auto upholstry shops have FAA rated material. There is a clasic auto upholstry shop near my airport (LWM - Columbia Auto Seat Covers Co., Inc.) that has done a lot of custom airplane interiors and is familiar with FAA requirements. You may want to ask your mechanic if he/she is familiar with anyone local.
